Our stay at the Zaanse style holiday home was simply delightful! The spacious layout was perfect for our family of six, We enjoyed spending evenings on the terrace with a lovely view of the garden, Highly recommend for families!

The surroundings are quiet, but unfortunately, the accommodation is not very clean; it looks different with a broom, otherwise it's okay for the price.

The complex is beautifully situated and very nicely equipped, but the condition of the houses is not well maintained and not cleaned well. There is a great restaurant right by a small lake - unfortunately the staff are extremely slow and turn guests away when they no longer feel like eating. The food is not particularly good either. It's a shame because we would like to visit more often.

Unfortunately, this time we have to rate our stay as very bad. We could only move into our house 2 hours later when we checked in. (We received a free coffee as compensation.) By this time we had already heard some complaints from other newcomers. When moving in expected and broken and unclean toilets. Partly with droppings. Grease-stained kitchen cabinets - that didn't invite you to cook. Shattered blinds in the bathroom so this could not be used as anyone could have looked in. Dirty floor, so the late check-in excuses of "their house is still being cleaned" have absolutely no bearing. Since the reception was already full of complaining residents, we decided to do it the next morning. All of this was received very kindly. A cleaning team should come as well as a technician for blinds and non-working toilet. Well unfortunately he could do something. The cleaners came too. After that, the kitchen was still unusable. Out of sheer frustration we left after 3 nights instead of 4. In the meantime we have complained to various places, but unfortunately nobody has contacted us. Funnily enough, tons of memories to rate the accommodation. We will not choose this resort again.

2 out of 4 were bad mattresses, internal springs broken. A lot of overdue maintenance which makes it look bad. Very quiet. Restaurant/Snack bar bad, not knowledgeable staff.

The welcome at the reception was friendly, neat and good, but was overshadowed by the long wait before we could enter our stay. We could enter the house from 3 pm, but this became 5 pm. This was a big issue for us, because you pay a lot of money and you can get into the house at all late and get out early again. Because this was the case for almost all guests, everyone received a voucher for something to drink in the restaurant. In itself a neat gesture, but in the restaurant it was soon (too) full, so we sat out on the sidewalk outside. Despite this not such a pleasant start, we soon forgot that when we arrived at our home for that week. A huge, neat and fully equipped luxury villa was at our disposal for that week. The location was beautiful, quiet with sufficient privacy and located on a beautiful water / ditch. We had reserved a 6-person house with z "n 4th (man, woman 2 teenage girls) and were more than pleasantly surprised when it turned out that the two girls in addition to their own bedroom with a double bed also each had their own bathroom. We had a private bathroom in the bedroom and there were 2 toilets available. The furniture was modern, comfortable and also equipped with many beautiful accessories that ensured that the house was really a home that week. For us it was important that the mattresses were of good quality in connection with bad back and also that the garden chairs would not be those "plastic chairs". And this too was extremely good. pleasant mattresses, and good-quality garden chairs. Everything was very clean, except for a lot of cobwebs that clearly visible in large numbers on the ceiling and between cabinets, etc. There is a lot to do / see in the park itself, but not "grand". ".There is a nice restaurant where there is a very nice bingo in high season, a cafeteria with very tasty fries/snacks and a small range of foods to eat.

Our vacation at Europarc Resort De Rijp was all in all very nice. We really liked the area and our holiday home. Since we had already read in the other reviews that the cleaning of the houses was not that good, we were already prepared and not particularly disappointed that it was really not clean here and there or had flaws. We particularly appreciated the location of the park because it was very flexible to go on excursions.

Before departure you will receive a final email with a photo of the house where you would be staying. Well, our garden didn't look like that, it was true. We had a small indoor picture in the sun. It was over 33 degrees all week. No parasol, which would come as standard with every house. We didn't have one and when we asked for the third time it turned out that they didn't have any in stock. They are ordered ma'am. The window in the bedroom was broken. Was partly open but could not get any movement. Ventilating in the evening not possible to get it a bit cooler and closing it when it was completely in the sun was also not possible. Therefore also more than 30 degrees in the bedroom. As a result, we slept badly, we also reported this 3x, but nothing is done with it.Huisjes was not really clean and some furniture worn out. Some little things that were missing. Park very nicely landscaped and surroundings well worth it. For the money we paid for the week, it was disappointing

Staff reception not particularly friendly. Accommodation itself was not clean. Excuse reception was that the cleaning is done by temporary workers. This cannot be an excuse. Both permanent staff and temporary workers should deliver the same result. They could again send a cleaner but then we should have stayed at home as we had to work partly and had expensive computers and photo cameras with us. Also the info folder was not there so we had no wifi while the reception was closed. sat a wasp's nest at the front door with quite a lot of activity.Have had to ask several times before this was taken away.Could not keep the door open despite the nice weather.The environment is beautiful.

The house was spacious enough but unfortunately not clean. This was also endorsed by the cleaners who happened to come by to bring a pan and glasses that were missing in the house. The refrigerator was off and was very wet. The kitchen pecked on all sides and the dishwasher door was full of coffee stains. The cleaners have done something about this. Furthermore, dust, hair, cobwebs and a musty odor everywhere. Unfortunately also a lot of mosquitoes in the house as there were no mosquito nets. Beds were pretty good. Houses are very close together. Little privacy. Very attractive and beautifully laid out. Had a nice meal on the terrace of the park. Wherever far away so many cars were used. Not really nice walking with dogs that were with us. I would not recommend the park for families with teenagers. There is little entertainment for that age.

Environment ideal for bike and nature lovers.

The park is beautiful and the houses look very nice and are nicely decorated and have a nice garden with terrace. We were only kindly assisted on arrival. The rest of the time we came to ask something there, it was a whole lot less. At the park mainly seasonal workers stay who work early in the morning and do not leave the park silently. There is a nice "natural pool" with a beach at the park, which practically nobody used, because the water was really dirty, unfortunately. Fortunately there is also an ordinary outdoor swimming pool.

The restaurant at the park is moderate, but okay for the kids. It is striking that there are a huge number of labor migrants living in the park, so that you do not really get a holiday feeling. For the price, a decent park

The check in went smoothly. At the reception / registration is not German spoken. The entire resort was very spacious. No booking of better Wi-Fi not possible, although offered.

Negative were the scant information, apart from the flyers. Unfortunately there were few activities in the resort, except pool and small indoor pool.

Check in quickly and easily. Friendly employees have explained everything well. Accommodation clean and tidy. However, a few small defects. It can not open all the windows, which makes it difficult to ventilate in the heat. Dirty bedding in the kitchen, the cabinets were inside and out drekig, the dishes were not clean. On the ceiling in the kitchen was spider web which was also over the closets hung with dust and Weberknechte was occupied. The bathroom downstairs was not cleaned the floor, hair and dirt from its predecessor. The door especially, in the frame, to the garden was with spider webs, ants and very dirty.

Since we were there in the Whitsun holidays, which does not seem to exist in the Netherlands, both the snack (always) and the restaurant was mostly closed. Our holiday villa park in the Rime is quite better than expected. The cottage was very nicely decorated and luxurious. We stayed with our two children in a villa for 6 persons. The rooms and the lounge were very spacious. was the open kitchen equipped with everything you need. The cottage had a defined garden with patio and garden furniture. The only thing was the bathroom which was a little more basic and had no bath. The park is very clean and well maintained, has very nice playgrounds, a swimming pool and an indoor pool. Though these are not super big, but very beautiful and certainly fine for smaller children. The location is superb, there are many tourist spots in the area, many of which are within cycling distance. Alkmaar, Zaanse Schans, Volendam, Amsterdam.

Lovely cycling and enjoyed the beautiful polder landscape, beautiful villages enPittoreske also seen placing the cheese market in Alkmaar and Volendam are nice to visit, is also doing fine at the sea on the bike. Overall enjoyed our visit to this park.

We have a lovely but wet weekend spent. Zaanse Schans and Alkmaar visited. The cottage was very spacious with six people. Very well styled, very quiet and especially close to our daughters. Small pool on the park with a nice restaurant. On departure we there delicious coffee with apple pie. We'll definitely come back.

Very relaxed holiday with our very lively children! North Holland is always worth a trip.

Pleasant home for holidays with young children. The park is still partly built is therefore not so busy. The vegetation is still very young so there is absolutely no privacy on the terrace and in the garden. The youngest ever escaped from the newly planted shrubs by. The kids really liked the pool.
